- CFCourtney FoxAug 19, 20261.0This is the worst salon Centric, the staff is never helpful and is so rude. They have been the worst to work with on the phone and in the store. I was excited that I could finally get a a product that was harder to get in another beauty supply store and they have been rude and condescending the last couple of time I have called or gone in. They are not helpful at all.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
