- AKAmie KrantzMar 7, 20262.0This is so weird that there are so many comments saying that staff here is helpful 😅 i walked in and asked for color remover options and the employee LITERALLY told me, "oh Im not a hairstylist, I just work here" 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯😀 so fun!! When I walk into a paint store and ask for assistance on a color or sheen of paint, the employee doesn't say "oh, I'm not a painter/contractor, I can't help you" wild.. just wild. Every employee has been grumpy every single time (EVERY. SINGLE. TIME) that I have ever entered this location. Glad they at least have hair product though.

- MAMildred ApplebottomApr 27, 20221.0After 10 years of being approved to shop as long as i have permission from my licensed sister and have her last 4 of her phone number i was told i could not make my purchase. I then called her to give permission over phone despite never having to do so. I spoke to the Riverdale salon centric she said they do NOT require the app as a whole, company and corporate wide. They have been told multiple times that layton has done that. All that is required is to give is the last 4 of the licensed person's phone number. She also said that they do not police the use of the license. They are not suppose to. It's up to the licensed professionals to decide which family or friends can purchase.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
