- CCCutencrazyJun 21, 20261.0The staff was extremely rude! It was my first time going in and no one explained that u have to apply for an account before u are able to make any purchases. The lady was so rude explaining it to me and I apologize cause I had no idea and she stated that I would not be getting none of this today. As a student in the nail industry I was very taken back and felt like my money was not good here. I would avoid this location at all costs! I ended up spending $380 at Sally's instead
- AKAmie KrantzMar 7, 20262.0This is so weird that there are so many comments saying that staff here is helpful 😅 i walked in and asked for color remover options and the employee LITERALLY told me, "oh Im not a hairstylist, I just work here" 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯😀 so fun!! When I walk into a paint store and ask for assistance on a color or sheen of paint, the employee doesn't say "oh, I'm not a painter/contractor, I can't help you" wild.. just wild. Every employee has been grumpy every single time (EVERY. SINGLE. TIME) that I have ever entered this location. Glad they at least have hair product though.
