  Went in to LUSH with my Mom, and my Son on the 29th and we were helped by the coolest kindest employee. He provided such an incredible level of customer service that left a lasting impression. We purchased multiple items at this time, and he has offered my son a free sample. This small gesture was incredibly generous and made my son feel seen and valued. I returned again on Monday to purchase a couple of additional items as we were at Station Park, and given the exceptional level of customer service received a few days prior, didn’t mind spending the money. Both women behind the counter were incredibly rude. I believe one was an assistant manager ?! Neither asked how we were doing, if we needed assistance, offered recommendations, etc. The store was otherwise empty. I again purchased multiple items. My son asked the cashier for a sample of a different lotion bar and she looked so put out and gave him a disgusted look. She then proceeded to cut him off the tiniest sliver possible, put it in a bag, while glaring the entire time. Given the varying degrees of customer service, idk if I would do back. Really disappointed.

  I had gone in to check out what they had for some tattoo balm and Erika and Matthew were such amazing help. Their customer service is phenomenal and they made the store just feel overall so welcoming. Any question I had, they were able to answer and then some! Anything I was unsure of I was able to get samples of so I could try it a little later, I'll absolutely be coming back and recommending people to come here. Thank you for making my time there such a breeze and overall a good time.
