  Stephany and her team are truly amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been working with Stephany for almost a year for HRT and thyroid support. Last year I was searching for answers to understand what was happening to my body. I felt like I had been running on fumes for two years, sleeping only about four hours a night, and I didn’t recognize myself anymore. From the very first session I felt seen. Stephany listens. She doesn’t dismiss what you’re feeling. She takes the time to find answers and then comes back with a plan and a real explanation so you actually understand what’s going on. Because of her care I’ve gotten my sleep back, the brain fog has lifted in a huge way, I’ve started gaining muscle, and I actually enjoy being in my body again. That last part still feels like a gift. HRT is not a magic switch. It’s an ongoing process that needs small adjustments as your body responds. It won’t make you feel twenty again — but it can keep you from suffering as you move into this next chapter as a woman. Thank you, Stephany and the whole team. Please keep doing what you do. You are changing lives, including mine.

The clinic has such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable atmosphere, and you can tell that the staff genuinely care about their patients. I really appreciated how personalized the experience felt. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into anything. I also loved that they focused on what was best for me rather than trying to sell unnecessary treatments. The entire team was kind, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the process, which made the experience even better.
