- NNNicole3 days ago1.0went to this sephora inside kohls around 3 pm today with my friend and had a very uncomfortable experience. a white lady with lashes was being rude to us from the beginning, then proceeded to follow us around the store. i overheard her telling another employee “watch them. i don’t know what they’re doing but they’re just being really suspicious.” me and my friend were literally just looking at makeup. i genuinely believe we were racially profiled because what exactly were we doing wrong?? i also found multiple reviews describing similar experiences with what seems to be the same employee, some from years ago. this is actually ridiculous and management needs to do something about it because nobody should feel uncomfortable just trying to shop.
- KKkenzJul 4, 20263.0Didn't have a lot of brands
- JJJeanetteFeb 15, 20255.0Amazing store! Definitely recommend coming here workers are very kind and helpful. Diyana was very helpful and friendly even though I couldn’t choose between with what I wanted. She showed me various options and was very patient with me. I will be coming back!
- LALin AdiDec 26, 20241.0Rude employees and terrible customer service
- BEBirgul scarlett ersanOct 24, 20241.0Today at our store, I asked for a Rare brand blush and lipstick in the same colors .I requested help from the staff to ensure the colors matched, but instead of giving me a lipstick, they gave me a liquid product of the same blush. I had bought this as a birthday gift, and when it was opened, I realized both products were blushes. I was truly embarrassed. It’s frustrating that the staff were so uninformed and made such a mistake, especially since Sephora is the only store around here. I really hate that..!Despite mentioning that it was a gift, they only wrapped it in a wrinkled black paper, which looked terrible. I really hope the staff are chosen more carefully and trained to be more professional
