  Every Lush store ive ever gone to is always welcoming and friendly when I walk in and super helpful. As soon as I walked in, I was ignored. I wasn't welcomed in, no one came to help me but were greeting the other customers and asking them for help. Honestly felt bad, if I didnt need what I went in for, I would've gone elsewhere. Will never go back to this location again.

  I don’t rly get the bad reviews- this store is a wonderful experience. All the workers are so incredibly kind and helpful, it always smells so wonderful and there is SO much to choose from!!! I just wish yall had a bigger location, so we could have even more!! Absolutely love coming here, I legit come here like 3-5 times a month sometimes. I love lush!!

  Went into the store today & I didn't like the vibe of this tall Caucasian guy. He made me feel like I was going 2 steal something when I only asked for samples. This ruined my experience at this location. The other female associate was nice though.

  I don't enjoy shopping at this location anymore and this will probably be my last shopping trip at Lush Cosmetics. I only shop here every few months for shampoo bars and other little impulse buys. When I visited a couple of months ago, their A/C was busted, and, hey, I understand that thing is expensive to fix, but it should definitely be fixed at some point. When I went shopping here the other day, it didn't feel much cooler than last time, in fact it was hotter! I feel like that is unacceptable here in Texas, especially when y'all have products that use natural ingredients that shouldn't get above room temp. Maybe it was manageable for a while with the temperature in the 50s and 60s, but we're back to the typical Texas temperature of high 70s/low 80s and it isn't liable to get much colder anytime soon. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience where I didn't even want to browse for more stuff, I just grabbed the one thing I needed and left. Honestly, I'm just gonna find a different shampoo bar to buy from now on, it's 2026, there are a lot of brands out there that have good ethical practices that don't break my budget. Much love to the employees who have helped my clueless self figure out the complicated world of beauty and skincare over the past 6 years, I couldn't do it without y'all's kindness and expertise <3
