  Uhhh I had the absolute best experience with Sean!! It was my first time at Lush and Sean welcomed me in and showed me around. He suggested products what fit best with my skin. He also used his massage therapy expertise to give me a wonderful hand / arm massage! I got a Lotion/Massage Bar because he made a believer out of me. He gave me a sample of Magic Crystals Scrub to help with my back pain. I can’t wait to go back for more!!!

  I cannot express how much I adore this location and the staff! Everyone working tonight was extremely helpful and patient with me since I haven’t shopped at Lush for quite some time. One woman helped me with body scrubs, another woman helped me with bath bombs and whom I’m assuming is the store manager was very sweet and welcoming. I wish I would’ve gotten everyone’s names to personally thank them for their help. I cannot fathom anyone having a bad experience here, ever! ❤️

  This was our third visit to this Lush location, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Each time we've gone in, we weren't greeted or acknowledged. The employees seemed completely uninterested in helping customers, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. The employee who checked out my mom—a shorter woman with pale skin, and highlighted hair—told her she would give her the receipt when she walked her out, which struck us as unusual. I checked out separately with another employee because his register was open. He was a man with long salt-and-pepper hair pulled back into a half-up style, visible tattoos, stretched earlobe gauges, and a floral shirt. At first, he acted like he didn't even notice I was standing there. When I tried to hand him my product so he could see which bar I was purchasing, he seemed reluctant to take it from me. I eventually had to set it down before he would proceed. The interaction felt awkward and dismissive from start to finish. We didn't get either employee's names because the experience was so unpleasant, but the overall attitude from the staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by shopping there. After three disappointing visits with the same lack of customer service, we don't plan on returning to this location. Lush has great products, but friendly, welcoming service is just as important, and this store has consistently fallen short.
