- SHSpikey HamMay 9, 20261.01st and 2nd times I been here they get distracted and forgot what I asked for, then start over even cut more off . 3rd and final time, different person, eyes glazed over when I explained : "do not cut my bangs or anything from the front of my ears, just a trim from the back." They ask if I want a 0 or a 1,(why? Is she's trying to use clippers for a trim??) I explain just the back, a trim on the back only. We can trim the front IF needed later. Forgoes the clippers, gets a razor Some of the cut hair gets in my eyes, they don't stop I swipe my eyes to see they chopped all my hair up, like a 5 year old with scissors, bangs ruined. Noticed that she messed up, cuts more off the back to try to cover it up. NICKS THE BACK OF MY NECK WITH THE RAZOR Avoid this place. I should've sued but I doubt this place is worth the legal fees.

- JTJace TurnerApr 12, 20261.0I've gone to great clips for years and never had an issue. This haircut is so bad on a skill level sense, thay I will have to get it cut again to make it wearable. Keep in mind this is what I left with after politely pointing out there were un blended areas of the cut. I also had to request that the back of my head even be touched as the stylist was going to leave it untouched. I will have to get another haircut to fix this. When speaking to your assistant manager, they were hostile from the beginning and offered no actual help other than to call back, refused to give me their name, and hung up on me. I then called back and could hear your assistant manager speaking very rudely about me as another employee did a better job than your assistant manager at providing actual customer service to help me with my issue. I have since called customer service to let them know how unprofessional the staff is, and I have disputed the charge for this on my bank account as this girl quite literally played in my head and then charged me for it. This is not a haircut. This is botched and I would hope that great clips will do the correct thing and refund me for the headache and blatant skill issue. Do better.

- MSMichael SalinasFeb 19, 20261.0Stop in and the doors were locked before 6:40 pm. 3 workers and one just had just finished. I watched for a minute and one worker took another person. The hours on the door say open until 7pm. I will not be coming back to this place. I had been coming here for last year or 2 for my hair cut. Not any more.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
