  Absolutely LOVE my new hair color done by the one and only LONNIE COLE !! He listened to exactly what I wanted and DELIVERED!! Dont walk, RUN to see him for all your hair care desires. This salon impressed me so much with how each person assisted each of their clients with such genuine care and respect. Compassionate & talented people!!

  Andrea is the one to go to!! She is excellent!!! Andrea cut my hair the last time I went in and did perfect!! Exactly what I want everytime.

  I had high hope's after reading the reviews but this is not a 5 star salon. Not even close!!! On the first day while waiting for my new stylist, the owner was speaking to his client and said the "F" word twice outloud. I was completely shocked. As a new client I found that highly inappropriate and unprofessional!!! Once I began working with my new stylist his language was not any better. I was astonished and flabbergasted by the language in a business that should show professionalism and respect to the client. I had been bringing in the same video and pictures of the color I wanted my hair to be (copper red) but that never happened. I wanted cooper red with some simple highlights. He stated that he does not like putting highlights in red hair. However, he did give me one highlight in the very front of my hair called the "money piece". I do not understand a stylist that tells his client what "he does not like" when it is my hair and I am paying for it. He made my hair every color red but cooper red. He never gave my hair time to fade appropriately before putting a different color red on my hair. Over the period of time that I've been having him color my hair it is now a mishmash of red colors. Every color red but what I wanted. Amazing, since I kept showing him the same video and pictures of the color I wanted. Now, granted I do realize that my hair was not going to look absolutely identical to the video and pictures but it should be close. COPPER RED IS COPPER RED!!! Interestingly enough, everytime I washed my hair after the appointment with their products the color faded extremely bad. I wash my hair every 3 days and "yes" red does fade but not to that degree. He stated my hair was porous from all the coloring. I disagreed because I take extremely good care of my hair with deep conditioning and oil treatments. I even allowed him to do a deep conditioning with a gloss on my hair but again 3 days later after the wash using their products it was back to being faded extremely bad. The straw that broke the camels back was he wanted to trim my hair by 1 inch. I told him to take 2 inches off and he did not want to but I demanded as I stated it is my hair. My hair was below my shoulders and he knows I like a blunt straight cut. Once, he started cutting my hair he just kept cutting and cutting and then he was cutting in a "dusting" style. I finally got extremely irritated and told him to put the scissors down. He cut my hair in long layers and it is framed around my face. I have had 2 consultations with other stylists to get their opinions. At both of the consultations the stylists agreed that my hair was not porous but it did need to fade more to get to the color I want (copper red) and that the hair cut was horrible. Bottom line, he was over processing my hair with color and he does not know how to cut hair based on the clients request. Out of respect, I will not mention the stylists name but he did mention to me on my last appointment that he has lost client's in the past based basically on the same issues. Thankfully, I have only been with him for about 6 months. Any longer and I am sure he would do some serious damage to my hair. I have found a new stylist that completely understands what I want and I am looking forward to a new beginning. This review is also on YELP with 4 pictures of my hair that is not Copper Red. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. ADDITIONAL NOTE: I posted this review 16 days ago. I received a message from the stylist 6 days ago. The stylist thought this review was funny. YES - FUNNY.???? I do not see anything funny about a stylist that can not perform the job as a professional. If the stylist thinks this review is funny that states a great deal about the character, ability and professionalism of the stylist.
