- JFjulie felderhoffJun 27, 20261.0Absolutely not. Wanted me to download an app and have an online account with them to shop there. When did it get so hard to buy supplies for small businesses? Had my license in hand and this business wanted me to make an account and log in on their computer?? Just a really weird and uncomfortable experience. It's like they don't want to make money. Guess I'm going to have to take my business to Armstrong. You shouldn't need a smart phone to shop for your small business.
