- EGErin GarrisonAug 13, 20265.0Excellent experience, I was thoroughly impressed that first thing when I walked in I was greeted courteously, then I saw the stylist cleaning her tools and her chair very thoroughly from the previous cut. Kristina cut my teen son’s curly hair and did a great job cleaning it up and shaping it while paying attention to the natural flow and direction of my son’s hair & not removing too much. Amber R. cut my teen daughter’s hair and gave her a quick trim of her split ends and added some long layers. She only cut off what was requested. Such a sweet stylist to work with. Amber M. gave my son a high fade with an overall reduction of length on top and added an angular front for dimension. Her blending was impeccable. I appreciated her attention to detail and skill. Also, very personable. Thank you JcPenny Salon for delivering quality service & offering a back to school special!

She went and started cuttin my hair to the point it was a v shape and when the higher person came over because savannah asked for help she told me my hair was not a pretty sight and savannah told the other lady that that was the way I had came in and she didn't touch my hair or cut it! I only need about three inches off well they probably cut about seven off! Moving on to my bangs I asked for a side swipe cut and she started cutting and they were straight across and said is that good and I told her no I want it like this well they f'd up my bangs so so bad! I had pretty pretty long hair and now I have mediumish length hair which will take some time to grow back!
