  I am almost 60 years old. I went into Sephora in Broadway Square Mall. I was not greeted once. I tried cologne, base, lip gloss and hand cream. No one asked me anything. There were associates in the store talking to one another. The ones that were greeted at the door were young. With a $5000 credit limit, you made a “Pretty Woman” mistake. Ulta. Here I come.

  I just want to say a big thank you to Ashley! She is amazing and helpful, I originally came in to find a foundation in my color and she ended up helping me get samples of colors, then helped me build both a skin and hair routine! Even though I didn’t have the money right then she helped set me up to come back and get what I need without feeling bad about it. Shes amazing and I’m so glad she helped me tonight!!

  Abby was such a great help. She was able to help me find the exact product I needed and was so quick to both greet me as soon as I walked in and as soon as I walked out. Genuinely best service from her.

  Lots of products available here in the Tyler location. I came to return something I ordered online. They were only able to offer store credit and that too, a few bucks below what I paid for it. It was unopened (can see clearly per the seals on box & bottle) and I came in a day or two after it got in, so that was disappointing.
