    The Sephora Store located within the Kohl's Store at 4601 S. Broadway Avenue, Suite F01A, Tyler, TX 75703 is AWFUL! Overall, I LOVE SEPHORA BUT NOT THIS STORE! It is very small with limited stock but more than that the 3 sales team members working on Saturday (05/23/2026) are terrible representatives for the Sephora name and brand. WORST customer service I've ever received from ANY vendor in my life of shopping experiences. The first young man who helped us left in the middle of talking to us when we asked him to check the locked drawer below the shelf since the item we were looking for was not on the shelf because he thought it was more exciting to do a color match on a woman dressed in Chanel from head to toe. The second girl I asked for help took her away from doing her own crazy makeup instead of helping customers and couldn't answer simple questions from a customer. It's easy to see they don't like their jobs or customer service in the least or don't have a concept of what customer service actually means in today's world. She was extremely rude as well. The woman behind the register acted like a manager but wouldn't honor the 50% off of the Sephora Collection's eye shadow even though the sign was clearly marked on the shelf. Is $8 for a Sephora Collection eyeshadow a great deal? Well, yes it is but when the 50% off sign takes it down to $4, that sounds even better to me. Did I still buy them ... yes, I did but that's not the point. These employees NEED TO GET FIRED and that Sephora store needs to get some high end customer service team members in there. I would rather order online and pay for shipping than go back to that store. I guess I am spoiled by my Hillsdale Mall store in San Mateo, CA or the Stanford Shopping Center Store in Palo Alto, CA because they actually help people and check on them when you shop there! Kudos to those stores and their training program because they are doing it right!
