  My friends and I came to this Sephora after a really pushy and disappointing experience down the street at Bluemercury, and the difference in service was night and day! The team here welcomed us right away, answered all our questions without any hard selling, and helped us get set up with beauty services and waxing without any hassle. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the staff actually takes time to listen to what you want. After seeing the huge difference in service, I really don't know why that Bluemercury down the street even exists. Skip the over-priced, high-pressure spots in Market Street and come straight here instead!

  So glad my friends and I decided to walk over to Sephora! We were initially trying to get beauty services at Bluemercury, but after finding out their spa/services were basically non-existent and the staff wasn't helpful, we gave up and came here. The Sephora team accommodated us immediately for waxing and beauty treatments, and everyone was super friendly and professional. Save yourself the headache and head right over to Sephora for reliable services and great product options.

  Hands down the best place in Market Street for beauty services and product recommendations. After an uncomfortable visit to Bluemercury where basic services including their 'spa' were unavailable, coming into Sephora was a total breath of fresh air. The associates were knowledgeable, friendly, and actually had full esthetician and waxing services available on-site. If you're looking for high-quality treatment and team members who genuinely care about what you need, bypass the other spots and head right to Sephora!

  I visited Friday 3rd of July and was looking for a concealer and lip color that will match my skin tone. Sarayia was extremely helpful! She went over and beyond with color matching me and I ended up finding the best color combo for my lips. She taught me about lip liner and how you can layer for a different look based on cool and warm tones. She is amazing. I will always come back to this location and find her! I live 45 mins away and I will drive here for my next visit. I had a very positive experience and couldn't recommend her more! You can tell she is passionate about what she does!😀 I can't wait to find my next color combo for the upcoming wedding I am attending!
