  Just had my first haircut and I am obsessed! I filled out the questionnaire, submitted current photos and my inspiration photos and I was matched with Scarlett. I don’t think I have ever had such an amazing cut since leaving Miami 15 years ago! She really got to know me by asking a ton of questions before she ever took the scissors to my hair. My cut is everything I could have ever hoped for! It is so good that my husband who only gives a compliment if it’s really true has told me like 8 times how good it look - even this morning and I had to tell him that I hadn’t even done my hair yet! The vibe is great, everyone is friendly and I highly recommend!

  I requested a long bob with face framing pieces and Randi made it happen! I love how my hair turned out and highly recommend booking an appointment with her. Not only did she provide the exact cut and style I requested but she was also very personable. 10/10 experience.

  It was my first time there. I had heard so much about them I decided to set an appointment. I requested Daniel. If you want someone to care about your hair and what looks good on you this is the person to see. He made my experience so relaxed and exciting. He talked to me about my hair but also listened to what my concerns were and put me at ease. My cut was fantastic and I have found the place with Daniel styling my hair

  I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked through the front door until I left, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Courtney was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and gave me the confidence that my hair was in great hands. I truly felt I could trust her, and that made the entire experience even better.

  I want to preface this by saying that I almost never write reviews, and it is genuinely not my intention to tear anyone down. I don’t feel particularly good writing this, but I do think it’s important to share my experience. I’ve had long, straight hair my entire life\. It currently falls past my waist, and I had never had a professional haircut at a salon before. After becoming a first-time mom, I was dealing with quite a bit of postpartum hair shedding and decided it was time for a change. I made an appointment and explained to my stylist that I wasn’t particularly picky. I just wanted a U-shape in the back with some long layers. My hair was shampooed and then cut, and everything looked fine when I left the salon. However, once I got home and looked at my hair more closely, I realized there wasn’t actually a single layer in it. The back was cut straight across rather than in the U shape I had requested. I was also surprised by the final price. I paid over $130 including tip, while the service was listed as $85 on the website, so I wasn’t expecting the total to be quite that high. I understand that haircuts can vary depending on the stylist and that my hair is relatively simple to cut and style. However, for the price I paid, I was unfortunately very underwhelmed with the result. I was really hoping for a noticeable change and some shape and movement, and ultimately my hair looked almost exactly as it did before the appointment, just shorter. Again, I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I have nothing against the stylist personally. I’m simply sharing my experience because I left feeling disappointed with the result and the value for what I paid. Initially gave 4 stars because the gal that cut my hair was a sweetheart and the salon responded to my review promptly but upon texting the number provided in the response 2 weeks ago, I’ve yet to receive a response back… anyways, I’ve attached a photo of the hair cut. As you can see, looks like I just got a nice chop, no layers, no style of any sort… worth $130+… not really
