  Stylist Ana did a great job on my hair before, I asked if they would match a price, they said no originally. I made an appt with another. Found out the match price I sent them was wrong, I sent them the correct. They left a message to come make the appt. I cancel the other. When I messaged to make it with Ana, they tried putting me with an inexperienced person, (which was not said prior, as the whole time was about Ana doing it)..They tried saying it would be more than. I asked if Ana knew they were being this shady with a past client, and they claimed she did. So I wont be going there again.

  I highly recommend this salon and spa they have lot of good services especially the amazing stylist Akram and Mercedes they are the best. Will come back again sure

  I visited the spa last week and I met for the first time and talk and chat with Mercedes for 20 minutes and I got great and comfortable service. I will definitely come again and refers more of my friends .

  Went to an AMET training with a friend and unfortunately we both had a really bad experience with Mercedes. We have been trying to work with the company afterward because of concerns with our results, but we keep getting directed back to Mercedes. They did offer another provider at one point, but after everything that happened, neither of us feels comfortable continuing treatment through the same situation. Honestly, I would rather go almost anywhere else than let Mercedes touch my face again. What made everything worse was how our concerns were handled afterward. Instead of feeling heard, we felt like Mercedes was trying to convince us that what we were seeing wasn't really happening or that we had previously been happy with the results. We have photos and communications documenting our concerns, so that response felt incredibly dismissive and gaslighting. The medical records were another major concern. One of my best friends is in a nursing program, and after reviewing what we received and discussing the documentation issues, we became concerned enough that the situation was ultimately reported to the appropriate board for review. At this point, we just want the work corrected by someone we actually trust. I would strongly recommend documenting everything before and after treatment, getting copies of your records, and making sure you understand exactly what is being injected and where.
