  I will never spend another penny in JC Penny period took my wife to salon and they claim that highlight run like $150.00 we were charged almost $350.00. This place is a scamming robber and the public should know about it.i will file a complaint with the state on this overcharging place. As it looks it is happening to lots of people. Boycott JC Penny Salon in Texarkana.

  So I took my Daughter to get her hair curled for her first communion. She wanted her hair as the first picture, they insisted on getting a perm so it would last a lot longer and promised it would turn out like the picture. Paid $250 for her to be crying and saying that she hates her hair. For people who supposedly went to collage for hair, this is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could leave zero stars for how bad everything turned out and really just a waste of money. My daughter just wanted her hair curly for her first communion to go with her dress. The 1st picture is how she wanted it to look and the 2nd/3rd picture is how it turned out.

  Absolutely, I was distressed & stressed to find a suitable beautician. You see I just moved here from large city, Dallas., where beautician are plentiful This is gone for me, however, I have not lived here for 30+ years. Long story short I called JCPENNEY salon, and had pleasure of meeting Jenna ( in Texarkana, TX). She was so very professional, and precise in doing my hair. Although, it was a new style for her to do, A "Quick weave", she did an Outstanding job. I was very 😀 pleased. I believe I have found my new beautician. She and Andrey was a great assist both fer professional. Thank you JCPENNEY salon for hiring two very capable person. God Bless

  Best place to goto! They cut my hair up nice and quick. I went everywhere and this is the only place that can get my hair cut right.

  Nobody was getting a haircut. The place was empty. Went in at 5:32. The women at front desk said she couldn’t cut my hair because they were closing. Can’t give a fade in 28 min!?? 🙄
