- JTJoseph ThixtonApr 20, 20265.0Great clips here in Texarkana Tx by the Walmart is definitely amazing, I would have to say this was one of the best haircuts I have received in a long time, the hairstylist was polite and kind and very eager to make sure it was done properly and once she got to the top she asked how much to leave instead of just going to what works, I told her to cut the dead ends off instead of worrying about how much she would have to cut off which was only an inch. I will definitely be back, the inside was clean and everything was neat if I could give more stars I would
