  I was referred to the salon and came in the day before to consult. I showed the stylist a photo of the look I wanted—long blonde hair with dark lowlights, platinum highlights, and a specific cut—and she confirmed she could achieve it exactly, or very close to the picture. My hair was originally long and blonde, and I was very clear: I wanted the same cut and color as the photo. I was there for over three hours, and the result came out way too short—she cut my hair before even confirming the length. The color is really disappointing. I was supposed to get dark lowlights and platinum highlights, but instead, I ended up with flat brown hair that looks like it came straight out of a box. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture we discussed. I was so shocked—my jaw just dropped. I didn’t know what to say in the moment, and I just wanted to get out of there so I could process it at home. As soon as I got back, I called the salon. I’m honestly in tears. I can’t afford this, and I’m broke, but I’m hoping she’ll fix it. I know I can’t get my hair back, but I should at least get some of my money refunded—this is not what I asked for. I’ll update this post tomorrow, once I hear back from them.

  I had the most amazing time at the salon. Carmen was amazing. Katie was awesome. I enjoyed the day. These guys are awesome. Please come here because the service was excellent.

  Yesterday, I had an appointment with a stylist named, Katelynn. When I first walked in I was greeted with a very friendly atmosphere and then I met my stylist for the first time. Katelynn was very attentive I asked for a fob and she asked for a photo to make sure what I was asking for was the correct term. She was very attentive and was so easy to talk to! I’m so excited to keep coming back to her for my next trim!

  Didn't got the hair service yet but customer service already gave me Excellent service.i had to reschedule twice and they lady was very nice and polite.They didn't had any problems rescheduling for my daughter.We do really appreciate that service.
