  I had a wonderful experience once again—I purchased a package of 4 tans and will most likely add more. Jacklyn is so personal and listened to all of what I needed for my skin and making it the best airbrush experience. And hey, I’m going to throw this out there—Y’all need to open a location in Leander/Cedar Park/Georgetown area! You’d get crazy good business!

  I stopped coming here a while ago because I got sprayed right before thanksgiving and zero color developed I asked people all dinner if I looked tan and everyone said no definitely not I didn’t even have any bronzer run off in the shower it was like i wasnt even sprayed at all. I told the salon about my results and they didn’t care. I paused my account for months apparently building $5 credit every month paused when I restarted my membership I paid for 2 add ons and a full size product (once i looked at the ingredients it was instant regret $30 for salt and oil) and on top of that I used it on my knees as they said and it immediately removed all the tan from my knees so now I have bright white knees and tan legs not only was it a rip off, but it is a terrible product that removes your tan. I was told it was gonna extend the life of my tan, not remove it in my first shower and on top of that I paid $40 out-of-pocket that day only to find out that I had $30 credit that they’ve just been letting expire every time I come in not telling me I have credit and charging me full price for everything this place feels like a scam. I’m gonna come back a few times to use up all the credits. I’ve built up and I guess I gotta buy another crappy product because the add-ons are rip off and the products are rip off but I have $30 to spend and the only thing they have for $30. I already bought so if I wanna buy something else, then I have to put in another 40 because the only other product they have is $70 yeah this totally feels like a scam and there’s no customer service. If you have any issues any problems they don’t care they just tell you no refunds so if your tan doesn’t develop, they don’t care even if you have photos of it even if you come back the same day they don’t care I can’t wait to be done with this subscription. When I called and talked to them about it I was told they didn’t no, I had $30 in credit before I spent $40 because they said the credits just hadn’t dropped yet because you know it takes 24 hours or something. I’m like well that’s funny because those credits build up five dollars at a time it’s $30 worth of credit that those credits have been on there for months that doesn’t make any sense. You’re just lying to me and I unpause my account two months ago so those credits have been on there for months and some of them have been expiring because I’ve had this account for a year
