  Hope, was awesome! All staff were extremely patient and helpful to me, even though I was running late and they were closing!! Provided wonderful service, my tans hold very well, and all my concerns were addressed immediately with specific instructions and information for after care. Highly recommended and they’ve been great ever since!

  Terrible experience. I signed up for the unlimited red light membership after using a Groupon and was only told, "You can cancel anytime." No one disclosed the required 30-day cancellation notice. My dermatologist recommended booking back-to-back sessions (20 minutes front, 20 minutes back). Every time I called, staff approved it. Every time I arrived, it suddenly became a problem. The excuses constantly changed, and the staff were never on the same page. I drove an hour to get there, often only visiting once or twice a week, yet was told they "couldn't afford" to honor what I'd repeatedly been told over the phone because they are a struggling small business. Customer service was poor, communication was inconsistent, and no effort was EVER made to make things right. Then to be billed for another month because of a cancellation policy that was never explained. I will NEVER be returning and would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this business.

  I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for a tan! The staff is absolutely wonderful, the girls are always so kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable every time you walk in. If you’re looking for a natural-looking glow at a reasonable price, this is the place. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and will keep doing so!

  Abby was amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything. My tan looks Amazing!! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Great service ill definitely be coming back!

  Go see Kerry she is the best! I’ve had such a great experience here! Kerry was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon is always clean, the equipment is well maintained. I always leave happy with my results and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality tanning salon!
