I’m not sure what they’re using to profile people but my god are they wrong. It obviously isn’t raced based either since I’m white. Is there some statistical explanation for this type of behavior from Sephora employees? Do shoplifters go to the perfumes first and then skin care?

In these times nobody seems to care, they rush you out and are usually really dismissive. Kim truly was an angel. I appreciate her more than she knows. She was kind, forbearing, understanding, and just all around wonderful. Thank you Kim K! Can’t wait to use my tatcha products
