  I was having a really hard time and Kim K. was super patient with me. She really turned everything around and helped me so much. In these times nobody seems to care, they rush you out and are usually really dismissive. Kim truly was an angel. I appreciate her more than she knows. She was kind, forbearing, understanding, and just all around wonderful. Thank you Kim K! Can’t wait to use my tatcha products

  Stopped in to quickly get some products that I need before a flight today. Jennifer was incredibly helpful making sure I got exactly what I needed and making sure that what I picked was going to work for my specific needs.

  My wife came in to return an item a couple days past the maximum. That’s fine but not even an exchange was offered and this young girl thought she had to give her attitude about it. Had a disgusting half eaten sandwich up next to her at the register and the store was a mess. Terrible attitude, disgusting store and an extremely unprofessional employee. Will not return and Sephora should take a hard look at this poor excuse of a representation of their company
