  I was excited to go see about my second piercing. Walking in we were greeted and the girl who I talked to was extremely nice, polite, friendly and knowledgeable! She really put me at ease about getting a piercing as I had issues in the past. I was looking at the options of earrings when a different worker walked up and took the cup of piercings I was looking at. She didn’t asked prior to just removing it and giving it to another customer. It was a very rude interaction. I explained I was looking at that and asked if they had another cup. The rude lady said “no”. I just left because after that interaction felt like I didn’t matter as a customer. Hope others have better experiences.

  Had such a great experience here they were so clean. Lilly made us felt so comfortable. They explained everything before doing anything and me and my 15 month baby got it done. Highly recommend coming here. Everyone was helpful and so nice and the place is so inviting.

  Brought my 3 year old in to get her ears pieces and the ladies there were so good with her! They talked with her and asked her questions so she was calm and comfortable. I held her hand and they had one person on each ear to pierce at the same time. No tears were had, she got a lollipop on the way out and was really excited about the earrings she picked out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Got my helix pierced last Thursday and was super disappointed in the experience. While the lady that was helping me was great, I guess the nurse grabbed the wrong earring and instead of taking the time to verify that was what I wanted went ahead and pierced my ear. When I looked in the mirror I immediately realized, she didn't seem too bothered by it and offered to take it out and put the new one in but seemed a little odd that you would tell someone to not take the earrings out only to do it this time. For what I paid I was not impressed.
