- SCStella Cruz5 days ago5.0Absolutely love the atmosphere here, great quick piercing, love the jewelry! Denica was incredibly sweet and professional!
- JMJordyn McKennaOct 4, 20265.0Amazing service, Allie was so kind with my 7 year old and took her time to make her feel special and checked in with her to make sure she was comfortable with everything! She walked us through the advantages of going with a needle vs the device piercing for her lobes and we chose to go with the needle. Minimal pain for my daughter and she’s so excited now. Thank you Allie!
- KFKambrall FreemanOct 2, 20265.0My daughter got her first piercing today at Rowan. She had a wonderful experiencing and said she would definitely do it again. The nurses were so nice and answered all our questions. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they went over the process. My daughter has phobia of needles and they made the process so calming for her. She had a small bought of dizziness afterwards. Jocelyn and the other nurse acted so quickly! The certificate made her day! As a fellow nurse myself I definitely recommend Rowan. The Southlake location provided amazing customer service and experience! Thank you guys! 💜
- SRStephanie RuderSep 23, 20265.0Wonderful place! They were really good with my 5 year old! They even did both ears at the same time so we only had the one instance of pain. It was such a fantastic experience and the free suckered at the end made the girls feel so special! There was a certificate of Bravery too! The people doing the piercings are licensed nurses! And the device piece is disposable for the part they put the earring in!
- MRMaria ReddingSep 22, 20265.0Alessandra was amazing with our 8 month old! As a new mama, piercing my LO for the first time made me a little nervous. Alessandra made sure we were aware throughout the entire process and handled our LO with care and cleanliness. Thanks for an amazing first time experience for us as parents and our LO :)
