When will they get that being kind to customers is so easy and such an asset - being rude won’t ever get you far. (This was Sunday March 22 fyi). Except for one young woman with short hair who was exceptionally gracious and guided us through all products. Loved her - she was so passionate about Lush’s goods and truly explained the philosophies behind them. She was also wearing a delightful kefiyyeh headscarf. Thank you!
