  My wife purchased a sampler kit for me on my birthday. We spent several weeks testing 15 different fragrances and finally selected one. Wouldn’t you know it, the 1.7oz size is no longer being carried by Sephora just 6 weeks later. The store would not call me back after 2 days of calling. Online simply said that I was out of luck. I offered to pay the difference to purchase a larger size and was told “NO”. I offered to pay the difference to get 2 of the smaller bottles to be told “NO”. I ask if they could send me fresh samples if I had to start looking again and they said “NO”. The store would not call back and online told me no to all three options I presented to resolve the issue. Beware of bad service and no customer appreciation. Image is of the end of the chat.

  The store is very nice. However be warned when they have sale signs on products those products may not be on sale. It was confusing and frustrating.
