I never agreed to this change. Upon arrival, I was told any delay would cut into the service time. My mom’s 50-minute service started late and ended early. They offered a 20% discount, but my intention wasn’t money—it was respect for the time I booked. Additionally, the staff blamed the issue on the website, which is not my fault. When I booked, there were plenty of slots, and I picked 12:30 for a reason. I chose your spa for its reputation and to give my mom a relaxing experience. Instead, the scheduling confusion ruined it. I hope you’ll improve your confirmation process so this doesn’t happen to others.

The treatment felt so refreshing and relaxing, and my skin looked instantly more lifted, hydrated, and glowing right afterward. The entire experience was calm, professional, and I felt very well taken care of the whole time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for firmer skin, reduced puffiness, and an immediate glow. I will absolutely be coming back to Kirsten.

The spa is beautiful, peaceful, and the relaxation lounge really helps you unwind before your service. The robe, slippers, and complimentary drink made it feel like a luxury experience. My massage with Wally was one of the best massages I’ve had. I came in with a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back, and he immediately found every problem area. His pressure was perfect, and he checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling so much better—less pain, less tension, and completely relaxed. I already know I’ll be booking with him again. If you’re looking for a great massage therapist at The Woodhouse Day Spa, I highly recommend Wally! He works Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays only, and he mentioned that Tuesdays are the best day for guests who like to arrive early and spend extra time enjoying the relaxation lounge before their massage, making the whole experience feel even more special.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All guests who enter the Treatment Rooms, Quiet Rooms and/or Locker Rooms must be scheduled
to receive treatment(s).
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake form).
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the
entirety of the performed service(s) and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen:
• Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Bikini or Brazilian waxes
• Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service
Woodhouse Spa does not offer massage services to women in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
