The entire spa was beautiful, and the locker rooms were spotless, elegant, and well-maintained. The robes were incredibly soft and comfortable, making the experience even more luxurious. A special thank you to Niya for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, kind, and made us feel truly valued from start to finish. We really appreciated her hospitality and the invitation to enjoy such a wonderful experience. Our couples massage with Casey and Janet was phenomenal. They were both highly skilled, attentive, and created such a peaceful environment that my husband and I both fell asleep during our massage! It was exactly the relaxation we needed. Thank you, Niya, Casey, and Janet, for making our spa day unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back for another couples spa treatment! Highly recommend! ❤️
- KGKellee GreenJun 20, 20263.0Update: I’m really happy to share that The Woodhouse Day Spa at The Quarry in San Antonio did take the time to reach out to me to confirm the facts regarding what happened during my visit and took steps to rectify the situation. I would like to send a special thank you to Jadyn Ortiz. She truly went above and beyond to address this and help restore my faith and interest in the spa. She demonstrated the type of customer service that I believe truly reflects how the spa operates. The customer service I received at The Woodhouse Day Spa at The Quarry San Antonio on Saturday, June 20, 2026 was poor. I booked a package that had three services—a massage, a facial and a pedicure. The facial and massage were great. After the massage I was escorted back to the waiting area and was told the next service provider would come to get me. I waited 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to ask what was happening with my service and was only then told that the full pedicure service could not be accommodated. I could receive a partial service or remove the service from the package. When I asked why didn’t anyone tell me, I was told that they were unsure if I was still in my service. This is incredibly disappointing. You have a booked appointment time and schedule of my services. If someone informed you that they could not complete my service in full, you should have informed me instead of shrugging your shoulders and waiting for ME to ask about the service. The truth is that I was forgotten about as a paying customer. Removing the cost of the service is not making it right. What should have happened is I should have been given a gift certificate for the inconvenience and inconsiderate nature in which the situation was handled. Instead a 10% “discount” was given. This spa costs charges premium prices and I expect premium customer service, which usually is the standard until today. I’ve been going to WH for years. If something is not done to correct this, I will never return.

They somehow picked the perfect estheticians for us individually, down to the vibe. Highly recommend Alfa for a deep tissue, her energy is great and she is great at what she does.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
All guests who enter the Treatment Rooms, Quiet Rooms and/or Locker Rooms must be scheduled
to receive treatment(s).
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake form).
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the
entirety of the performed service(s) and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen:
• Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)
• Peel-based skincare services
• Bikini or Brazilian waxes
• Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service
Woodhouse Spa does not offer massage services to women in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
