Waited in line for 20 mins and when she got to me she said let me get this line down first. Umm no that’s not how customer service works. I waited for u to help me not skip me because of my situation was less urgent to u. I was on my lunch break. What is wrong with people today? No one wants to work!

I can get a bit overwhelmed with all the different options there are at sephora and ulta, but Charlie actually made it fun for me! Helped me find my perfect color matches and I am so excited to try all my new products 🙃 Highly recommend you go see Charlie, i know I will definitely be going back!
- VGVanity GomezOct 24, 20241.0Absolutely terrible. I went in with my 2 teenage boys to purchase some items for my son's girlfriend. We were never asked if we needed help, and my son was even bumped by one of the employees when he was looking in the aisle. We had issues finding the perfume we wanted and were ignored when we asked for assistance. We decided on a few items and made our way to the checkout line where the cashier was ringing up another customer. She finished the transaction, handed the customer her receipt, rolled her eyes and walked away from the register as we walked up to the counter. She never said one word to us or even acknowledge that we were there (except for maybe the eye roll I guess.) We then heard her ask another customer if she needed help, was told no and proceeded to walk up and down the aisles while we waited at the register. We eventually walked out and went to Ulta where we were treated with respect. Not sure if it was the teenage boys or the scrubs I was wearing but there was clear judgment emitting from the employee that prevented her from being professional and helpful. We will never come back.
