They were incredibly patient and really took the time to listen to my skin concerns, which honestly doesn’t happen as much these days. Even though I was in a rush and didn’t end up buying anything, they still gave me thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. I tried the Makeup Forever green tint they suggested, and I could immediately see a difference in my skin. That alone made me excited to come back and purchase the products they recommended. Their level of care and attention really stood out—definitely coming back because of them and because I love Sephora!!!

There is a right way and a wrong way to address the public and/or potential customers. Teach your employees to be more considerate to customers when addressing issues. Unbeknownst to me due to lack of signage in the store, admittedly I was in the wrong but the situation could have been handled in more professional manner. Not that it matters but I will be shopping elsewhere!
