    Third time at this location and the same person at the front named Morgyn has been so unpleasant and unkind. First time I thought ok, everyone has their days, second time again and now again today. The items I grabbed had incorrect price labels and she seemed very bothered when I asked to confirm the price as it was different than the label and just seemed to be really inconvenient to her to check and to be bothered when I didn’t want certain items because of the price. Many of the items I grabbed didn’t have price labels on the shelf and if it did they were incorrect.

    ‼️They delete reviews. I’ll repost when I see this is deleted again, but that says all you need to know about this place. -They no longer give prices over the phone even if you’re registered with SalonCentric and have a cosmetology license on file. Today the website wasn’t working and I needed a price check to complete my inventory list and make an order from them. I called for a price check before sending my manager all the way over there and I’m told they can’t do that. 🤡 So if you’re a salon owner (or anyone that works in one and can’t just leave midday) don’t waste your time. It’s closed by the time most salons close for the day… so for them to not help you over the phone even with proof of license (or even just purchase history) is beyond a stupid business move when your customer base is mainly cosmetologists. -I’ve also gone multiple times AFTER calling to confirm they have products I need in stock just to get there and see they don’t have it. This store used to be RDA and was GREAT. Don’t let the old reviews fool you. It’s now SalonCentric and a has gone downhill.

    I was really excited that rda was in this area, but the girl that works there is totally rude and not helpful. I use pravana so I think I will just use Armstrong McCall...you dont leave there feeling like you just 'bothered' someone who wasnt doing anything anyway when you walked in....co-worker had the same experience. A smile goes a long way
