We went into the store to see if they sell any spare ones. One of the associates, Rio, helped us by finding the correct earring backing free of charge. Stellar service!

My 5- year old has been working towards this goal of getting her ears pieced and was SO excited the day had finally come but also very nervous. Sam talked her through each step before she did it. She also chatted with her to distract her during the actual piercing part of the process. Truly a wonderful experience for both of us.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
