We made an appt and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The nurses were great piercing my 6 year old's ears! Staff was very friendly and took the time to make sure the piercing holes on each ear was symmetrical. Highly recommend, my daughter had a very positive experience.

Brought my baby in thinking her ears had closed. Nurse P did so good with her and was able to get jewelry back in her ears! Sofia was also so kind during check in and check out.

Great service! They approached the piercing for my 4y/o daughter so well she didn’t cry at all. And also handled a re-pierce I needed after I removed a jewelry piece for an MRI. Will definitely be back! Great jewelry options too.

I had a great experience with the store manager Sofia. As a guy, I was hesitant on the different types of earrings but she was able to explain and made the process very simple. Highly recommend.

We took our daughters, ages 5 and 6, to Rowan today to have their ears pierced. They were both very nervous and as their mom, I was too! After doing some research, we came across Rowan and were really impressed by the reviews, especially the ones describing how personable and wonderful the nurses were with children. That was a big reason we ultimately chose Rowan. Our nurse Sarah was nice and I really appreciated that they offer tandem piercings. Having both ears pierced at the same time made the experience much easier for my daughters. That being said, the actual experience unfortunately didn’t live up to what I was expecting based on the reviews. It was a holiday, so I completely understand that the store was busy, but I had no idea that the piercing takes place directly in the lobby. There were a lot of people around and I had expected a quieter, more private environment. I also expected more interaction with my daughters given how much they emphasize the experience for children. I paid $295 total, including a $36 tip, they also automatically add the solution to your bill which is $20. I was expecting a more personalized experience for that price. Unfortunately, the experience felt more transactional than I anticipated.
