  Got a tattoo done by Jordan yesterday and I couldn't be happier with how it came out. I went in with a reference photo of an otter carrying a rifle and wearing military gear. Jordan took that idea and made it even better by adding his own touches and details that really brought the whole piece to life. The tattoo covers most of my calf and took about four hours to complete. Throughout the entire session, Jordan was focused and clearly passionate about his work. We took a few breaks along the way, which was extremely helpful because sitting for that long is no joke. The level of detail in this tattoo is incredible, and the final result turned out better than I expected. If you're thinking about getting work done, I highly recommend Jordan. He's a talented artist who takes your idea and turns it into something even better than you imagined.

  I recently took a trip to Platinum to reopen a dermal piercing, and I was obviously very nervous. Thankfully, all of the staff were incredibly sweet and friendly, which really helped ease my nerves. Mingo helped me out, and he was nothing short of amazing very efficient, attentive, and made the process as painless as possible. Overall, I’d give this establishment a 10/10 and would definitely recommend it!

  I went for a lip piercing and had it downsized way too early. This caused many issues with healing even as I was following the after care. I went to get it checked on and was made very uncomfortable by the guy at the counter. He pulled me over the counter roughly without asking me first to check the piercing, I did not ask him to, I wanted a piercer to and I'm not sure he was one. I reported it to the store and it was responded to nicely but still was a bad experience and made me nervous to even go in and get it checked there. I had lots of issues with bumps on the inside of my lip and when I went in for answers or solutions it was downsized and I was told to use a product to get rid of it that is not sold anywhere and is impossible to find. When I called for a substitute they did not know the answer, told me to look at cvs which I already did, and was no help. I then went in to ask in person and was then told that I shouldn't use that product at all by a different piecer and that i could try switching to a hoop in a week. I have had this piercing for four months and have had little to no help during the healing process and will not be going here anymore. The piercing itself went great and the people are nice, just not reassuring or very helpful if you don't heal piercing super easy. I never write reviews but I am incredibly frustrated as I have spent so much money on this piercing alone at this shop for things to not be done correctly or in a reassuring way.

  Where do I start?! I tried a few shops more local to me before landing here and let me tell you I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience like I did here. I walked in for ONE piercing, but the environment was so chill, welcoming, and beautiful. I walked out with 4 piercings and pending appointment for a cover up tattoo. You will not regret getting pierced by Harley. Very very informative, doesn't just pierce and send you out. Literally a full informative experience and doesn't use a gun or clamp to pierce. Very kind, patient and will give you exactly what you want. The owner is down right amazing and so chill. I will be back for more piercings and already working on my appt for my cover up. You will NOT regret coming here. Thanks again to all of the staff for a wonderful experience!

  Don’t ever go to this place I went to this place To buy a nose ring and to have them put it on my nose and the girl in the front her name was Izzy. She has no Customer Service scale. She should not be working with the public. Nobody else smiles around there. Nobody else says hello. This other guy saw me waiting in the front and didn’t even say hey is there something I could help you . The only decent person there is the piercer his name is Harley. He had excellent customer service skills. I’m not sure if it was just because he was trying to talk me off the ledge, but I will never give them my money again. And the wait times are horrendous. She told me 8 to 10 minutes and we were there for about an hour and 15 minutes. Another girl was there since 6 o’clock when I was leaving it was 8 o’clock and she still hadn’t been seen.I’ll never go there again and also too they also pierced my daughter‘s toe crooked. She didn’t leave a review, but if I could give this place zero stars, I would. .
