I recently downloaded the Lush app and the cashier was able to help me redeem points and walk me through the process.
- VMViolet MenaJun 5, 20262.0Used to love this location but the employees need to pay more attention!:/ I went in today and got a mini version of a specific product and was charged for the large and didn’t realize until I checked my bank when I got home and saw the price was definitely too much & I was not given a receipt 😔 Not something fun to realize in this economy. Also the minis are no where near the size of the regular products so idk how that mix up happened. Ik I probably cannot get a refund but hopefully this doesn’t happen again to someone else
