  Very warm and cozy, service and being able to try any product you think you might like. The aromas are heavenly and fun. The staff is knowledgeable about the products. So many natural selections.

  Been going in here to buy bath bombs for my wife after I get my haircut across the street for years, would generally spend about $120 or so. Lush has always been overpriced but the bath bombs at least were far superior to anything else so I didnt mind paying it. Came in today to the most disgusting price hike I have ever seen from a company. I know all the favs I would buy like Goddess would sell for 8$. Goddess is now $12. I bought it for 8 a few months ago, that is a 50% price increase. All the ones that used to be $5.50 are $8.50 now. Who do you think you are with this kind of price increase? This is disgusting and insulting, i dont care what the reasoning is. Oh and its a privately owned company meaning they arent held accountable for anything and they dont care what you say. They will just quietly go out of business in a few years. You have lost me as a customer forever.

  Autumn, Jet and Summer always make my visit feel special. My son and I have been coming for over a year and always feel so acknowledged and welcomed. He had had the lush experience for his birthday and it was amazing. We love this store and staff! 💜🧡💚🧼🩵💙🩷💛10/10 recommend the experience.

  I have been a loyal Lush customer for years and have visited locations across many different cities, states, and countries. Unfortunately, my experience at this North Star Mall location was the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. During my 30-minute visit, I was not greeted by any staff until I was the very last person left in the store. Furthermore, I was overcharged by $70; I only realized after leaving that the items on my receipt did not match my purchase. While the team was accommodating in correcting the error, I had to drive all the way back to the location to resolve it. I did not receive an apology upon my return, and the service felt dismissive. I truly love Lush products, but this location needs to significantly improve its customer service and attention to detail.

  my favorite Lush location for years! everyone is always so sweet and friendly, I enjoy the conversations the workers spark up. they are also very helpful when looking for specific products! I recently downloaded the Lush app and the cashier was able to help me redeem points and walk me through the process.
