  Horrible haircut by the "master specialist". Called and was being placed on hold multiple times, then somehow the manager is now in a "meeting. My son is starting his senior year & now is too embarrassed with the haircut he received. Don't say yes to the picture if you CAN NOT do it.

  had a very disappointing experience at J.C. Penney Salon. I specifically asked for my hair to stay below my shoulders and requested highlights that were thicker in the front to frame my face. Unfortunately, my haircut came out uneven, with the bottom layer noticeably shorter than the top layer, and the overall length is now above my shoulders — not what I asked for at all. The color also turned out awful. I was told that my hair “didn’t lift,” but that does not explain why one side has significantly more highlights than the other or why the front pieces I specifically requested were barely done. The final result looked uneven, unfinished, and completely different from what I asked for. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with both the cut and color.Now I have to pay sobering else to fix it.
