I explained to Ms. Cyndi B. how my son had had a terrible experiences last one being at the location @ Brooks city base with the male. The man made my son cry, I get it the hair cutter has his techniques that work well with some kids, however my kid was NOT one of them. Im not sure what happened between my son and the man, the man told him something and made my aon cry. As I could not get my son to stop crying I told the guy “that’s enough the hair stops now,” and I paid and left! Ms. Cyndi B. understood and needlessly to say my son was happy with his hair cut and we didn’t leave with uneven chunks is of hair which she fixed obviously.
