    Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience. While I did see a little progress, I felt like every appointment was rushed, and my concerns weren’t really listened to or addressed. I believe I could have seen better results with a more personalized approach. I also wish I hadn’t paid upfront. When I asked about canceling because I wasn’t satisfied, all the front receptionist stated was that I couldn’t cancel since I had paid upfront so everything had already been ordered. Even at my final session, there was no conversation about my experience or check in. No “How was your experience?” or “Do you have any concerns?” Instead, I was simply told it was my last paid session and that if I wanted to continue, I would need to pay for more treatment. I left feeling disappointed and honestly felt like it was a waste of my time. I did see some progress, but I feel like the experience could have been much better if my concerns were heard and addressed.
