    I was very excited for my first visit to the Sephora at the Round Rock Outlets, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing due to the customer service. During my visit, a woman with short curly hair repeatedly followed me around the store and gave me uncomfortable looks throughout my shopping experience. It made me feel as though I was being unfairly judged or suspected of stealing, which was very upsetting and unwelcoming. In addition, when I asked for assistance with foundation samples, it took quite a while for employees to help me. At one point, the same employee who appeared to be monitoring me walked right past me despite it being obvious that I needed assistance. I was also shopping with a friend who requested a specific sample of the NARS foundation, but an employee named Amber seemed unwilling to provide the sample and came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, the experience did not feel welcoming or customer-focused, which was disappointing considering how excited we were to shop there. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and works on improving the level of service and inclusivity in the store.
