  I was in the area and needed to grab an item from Sephora so decided to go to this one. I asked if I can get a sample of the concealer and also buy the product but use the sample before the actual product to make sure it works well with my makeup cause I’ve had this issue before. The lady didn’t know if I could do that so she asked the manager to come. She was super sweet and asked me to just wait for a minute. The manager came and said they can’t cause it’s not a pump or a spray kinda product which I totally understand. I said it’s ok I’ll just get the product and handed her the product and she said no you have to be in line cause I’m the manager and I said I was. It was my turn and I was waiting on the manager which took a min for her to come and again I understood. It was busy. Then I proceeded to say I was in line but then she left mid conversation. I just moved from Houston and I don’t understand why 90% of population here are rude and disrespectful. The interaction wasn’t even that big of a deal but the fact that she left mid convo was just disrespectful.

  I have been a loyal customer over 12 years, always have had wonderful customer service until today at this location. Associate VERO who was rude to me when Im having a return . Apparently the first girl did return mistakenly ran up sale . Instead of VERO should tell that girl to be careful and listen to the customer what they needed , Vero was accusing me did wrong, I explained to them ONCE I STEPPED INTO STORE, I TOLD THE FIRST GIRL I NEEDED TO RETURN THE EYE CRESM BECAUSE THE PRODUCT BROUGHT PORES !!! When the first girl called fora help, Vero taught her how to do return. OK, how about VERO should say Sorry to me ,she is under training , didn't understand me . On the contrary Vero accused me of " yelling " - I explained what I said to the sales girl. Vero , obviously didn't set a good example for the new sale girl . AWEFUL . DISAPPOINTED.

  Was out of town and decided to stop by the outlets. Sephora was my last stop and when I walked in I was not greeted, no problem. Several people came in after me and were all welcomed in, ok. Next the same girl by the door was running around asking all those people did they need a basket, but not me. When I went to get a basket she was like oh do you you need one. The whole vibe of the store was off and not once did anyone ask do you need assistance but everyone in the checkout was like oh this person helped me. Then a cashier came and grabbed the last person in line to help speed up the line instead of the next customer waiting which was me. I don't live here so thank God I won't ever have to go to that location again.

  To make it easy on everyone there located next to the Nike store. In the maps said somewhere else.

  Nothing too crazy could have happened since it was a simple meandering around. I like when the associated don’t bombard you and they didn’t but the check process was quick and simple. The associate checking us out was very nice and friendly.
