  Beautiful and organized store…the young lady who checked us out was friendly, but the overall customer service was minimal at best.

  The staff at this location needs much better training. I came in to exchange a perfume, and it took the associate over 15 minutes just to locate the item in the back. Then, when I requested a simple exchange, the employee didn’t know how to process it correctly and ended up charging my account twice. I was then told I would have to wait several days to get my money back. This was a straightforward transaction that should have been handled properly. The lack of training and efficiency made for a very frustrating experience. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

  Visited this location around 11 AM on a weekend and left more confused than when I walked in — not because of the products, but because of the service. I had already narrowed down my bronzer options and asked a staff member for help choosing between two shades. She briefly swatched them on her own hand (which wasn’t comparable to my skin tone), made a vague comment about one being “red,” and then stepped away without offering any further guidance. I’m not sure what the purpose of in-store assistance is if customers are expected to make decisions entirely on their own — especially when a simple shade match would have taken a minute. Disappointing experience, particularly for a brand that emphasizes expertise and personalized beauty advice.

  This particular store is not it! Google maps time is WRONG, doesn’t open until 10am. Don’t have anything in stock and don’t provide perfume samples. First and last time coming to this location.
