  Yvonne not only was she professional, but her makeup was so amazing. I had to rely on her to get her recommendation. She should be a brand ambassador for Sephora. 10/10 will come back again. black women ask Yvonne. I spent close to 300 and it was worth it!

  I’ve come to this Sephora several times and I always have a great experience but today was definitely the best. Aqsa was super helpful to me and so kind assisting me with shade matching and product recommendations. Plus, everyone’s great energy made this birthday makeup run even better🤗

  Very disappointing experience at Sephora. I waited in line for about 15 minutes just to purchase a fragrance. When I finally reached the front, I was told by the front desk staff member, Sophia, to step aside so the fragrance could be brought to me and that I would be billed there instead of at the register. I followed the instructions and waited again. After already spending nearly 30 minutes waiting, I was then told to get back in line and start over. I ended up waiting another 20–25 minutes just to complete a single purchase. The process felt disorganized, inconsistent, and very frustrating. I was given conflicting instructions and made to wait repeatedly, and my time as a customer was not respected. Overall, the experience felt unfair and, in the moment, came across as discriminatory from my perspective, which made it even more upsetting. What should have been a quick purchase turned into a long and exhausting process. I hope management addresses these issues with communication and customer service so this does not happen to others.

  never have i felt more uncomfortable in a sephora. had about 3 different employees follow me throughout the store and even up to the register to watch me pay for my items. the sephora in mckinney is much better and worth the extra drive for a comfortable shopping experience.

  My daughter and I visited the store to purchase lip products, and the staff member was exceptionally kind. Noticing that it was my daughter’s birthday this month, she even gave her a small birthday gift. She made a very positive impression on us throughout our time in the store.
