  I give five stars to Sierra. She was extremely helpful. Great listener and knew exactly what I wanted. She knows the products very well. Very compassionate about helping people. When I came in, there were 2 ladies standing by the door. They looked at me, didn't speak or offer to help. They had sort of an arrogant, smug look on their face. But, I decided to stay and look around anyway. I first saw Sierra behind the register, she waved and smiled and after her last customer, she came out to the floor to help me. Because of Sierra, I will come back to shop. By the way, I mentioned this experience to another sells person. She got on her radio and called for help because she had a client. So, there are some that are helpful. Thanks to Sierra!

  This Sephora was a typical Sephora until I saw a phenomenal employee. Tony was honestly amazing! He had such great energy from the second we walked in and made the whole experience so much better. He gave us samples, asked if we needed help, and went above and beyond instead of just doing the bare minimum. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and enjoys what he does. His positive attitude made us want to come back, and employees like him are hard to find. I wouldn’t have rated this Sephora a 4 without Tony. Thank you, Tony, for making our visit so enjoyable!

  I met the nicest sales associate at Sephora today, Aqsa. She was an absolute sweetheart, so kind, warm, and genuinely wonderful to interact with. She made the whole experience so pleasant. She would make an excellent manager!!

  Let me say every time I come in here it is amazing service and the women know what they’re talking about when you have concerns about your skin and you’re quite not really sure how to explain it, but they understand. I got matched for my foundation immediately, and then another woman went on her lunch and then another woman took over which I am so happy because both of them were intelligent. They knew my concerns. They knew how to help me they found my match and they took me out easy like I absolutely love this Sephora location I think having a lot of women of colors specifically black women that work there that understand our skin concerns that understands the things that other black women and other women of color suffer from is a good thing for Sephora. I wish more black women were predominant in the beauty space because then we know how to fix the concerns and it doesn’t have to do with makeup they can do with skin care, hair care..
