  I took my 9-year-old son here for a haircut, and we left with an unfinished haircut, a crying child, and an experience I honestly still can’t believe happened. The woman who told us she was the manager was rude and aggressive from the beginning. She complained that my son wasn’t explaining exactly what he wanted and that she couldn’t see the inspiration photo well enough on my phone. While cutting his hair, she kept grabbing and moving his head around roughly, like his head was a basketball instead of a 9-year-old child sitting in her chair. When I stood nearby to watch, she clearly did not like it. At one point, she actually put her hands on me to move me out of her way and told me to go sit down. I was not going to leave my minor child alone with a service provider, especially when I was already uncomfortable with how she was treating him. My son became visibly intimidated by her. When she finished, I asked him if he liked his haircut and he said yes, but afterward it became clear that he was scared to tell her he didn’t. When I specifically asked him if that was the fade he had wanted, he signaled to me that it wasn’t. I asked her to please give him the fade he originally wanted. She basically refused. I then asked if someone else could finish his haircut, and she told us we could just leave and that we didn’t have to pay. My husband still insisted on paying for the service. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she started sweeping, refused to finish my son’s haircut, and essentially told us to leave. While this was happening, she was speaking negatively about me to my husband right in front of me. When I told her I could hear what she was saying, she called me rude. She said her way of providing customer service and resolving the situation was simply not charging us. This was never about getting a free haircut. We repeatedly offered to pay. We wanted our 9-year-old son’s haircut finished and for him to be treated with basic patience and respect. Instead, we walked out with an unfinished haircut, a crying 9-year-old who had been too intimidated to tell an adult he didn’t like his haircut, and a mother who had been physically pushed aside and then insulted for advocating for her child. Not charging us does not erase how we were treated. I would never leave my child alone with someone who was behaving this way, and I should not have been treated badly simply because I stayed nearby and watched my son’s haircut.

  This one star rating is nothing to do with the hairstylists. It's the app that said I'm third in the line 7 mins before I started and checked just couple of minutes before I arrived to notice that I'm first on the list, but then when I get there that took about 15 mins from my 3rd in the list, I was not even in the list. I waited two hours tracking, to get this done but then after I arrived at 6:55 PM, an hour before their location closes, she told me that I wasn't on the list and she won't be able to allow me since there were so many people waiting in there. I understand that She couldn’t do anything, but the app must have been working much better and align with what it shows in the notifications to arrive or not

  I asked for a fade on the front and back that doesn't go above the ears but my barber started cutting nearly 3 inches above the top of my ear. She cut 2 inches off the top and 3 inches off my bangs even though I clearly told her at the beginning to only fade the sides and back. When she was removing the parts that weren't asked of her, I told her that I wanted her to leave it as it is but she told ME to, I quote, "Please don't tell me how to cut hair." If you want a cut that looks half good, please do not go to this place as the barbers disrespect you and absolutely do not listen to what you tell them to do. Even after this cut, they were demanding a tip.

  Worst haircut experience ever. I brought my daughter in for a haircut, and the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked through the door. The staff member who checked us in was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. She had a very unfriendly, moody attitude and made us feel uncomfortable right away. The haircut itself was even more frustrating. The stylist did not understand what we were asking for, despite explaining it clearly. All we wanted was a simple trim at the bottom, with minimal layering. Instead, she rushed through the haircut in about five minutes without taking the time to understand what we wanted or making any effort to achieve the requested style. To make matters worse, she did not add any layers at all. She simply trimmed the existing haircut and then told us that was all she could do. This was not what we asked for, and the whole appointment felt rushed and careless. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience with zero customer service, zero professionalism, and no attention to what the customer actually requested. We left very disappointed and will never return to this place again. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and customer-friendly salon.
