- SDSofie DanishMay 13, 20261.0DO NOT bring your kids here. Wish I would have seen the 3.4 stars it makes sense. The stylist completely ignored what my daughter asked for and cut her hair MUCH shorter than requested. My daughter was visibly upset, and instead of being patient or kind, the stylist repeatedly made embarrassing comments about her hair out loud during the appointment. I would never put down a business I like to support them but her making fun of my child telling her and asking if she ever combs her hair.. no excuses. What bothered me most was how dismissive and argumentative she became afterward instead of simply acknowledging the misunderstanding. My son also confirmed the stylist was making fun of his sister while I briefly stepped next door. The stylist who worked on her was a Hispanic woman with an accent so management knows exactly who I’m referring to. They did refund us when asked since she messed up the whole cut, but the money didn’t matter I gave it to charity - the way my child was treated was unacceptable.

She was really defensive when I told her that I didn’t like it and told me to cut my own bangs myself, I kindly reminded her that her job is to know how to cut hair. Luckily, her coworker told her to be free of charge, but the lady was very rude and awful at haircuts. Save your money!!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
