I came in for appt and was turned away because the hair stylist was scared. She said she was still new and learning. I was offered another appt with a different stylist days out. Very disappointed. I decided to go to a Vietnamese hair salon in Garland inside Cali Saigon Mall. They took me in as a walk in and gave me the most beautiful bob for $50. It would have been closer to $80 at Blondies. Lost what could've been a loyal customer from hiring inexperienced stylist who are afraid to cut hair.

She listened to my concerns, were incredibly kind and understanding, and took the time to make adjustments until I was happy with the outcome. It’s not just about getting it right the first time ( I should mention that I can be very picky about the shade of blonde i prefer) —it’s about how a business treats its customers when something isn’t exactly as expected. I truly appreciated their professionalism, patience, and commitment to making sure I left feeling confident. Thank you for taking such good care of me Mary is amazing!! I will be back!!
