  My hair stylist was Deanna Dailey, I highly highly suggest that you DONT waste your time or money going to her. I wasted $250 for her to only give me back $100 after REFUSING to give me back the full amount, upon saying she would give me back half. I asked for a beautiful red hair color and told her 5 times this is exactly what I want. (Photo in hand) She said she does red hair as her specialty, it’s no problem at all. I trusted her and she gave me orange hair on the bottom and this weird wonky muted red on top that doesn’t fade in, but rather goes straight from one color to the next. To make matters worse I asked for a small trim off the bottom of my hair, to which we agreed on 2 inches that turned into 10 inches after I got up. I cried, my hair was to my hips and only wanted a trim and ended up getting hair cut to my boobs. When I told her about it, After the consultation, she yelled at me saying well it was all dead anyways. She continued to scream at me saying I’m a red flag customer who dosent know anything about how to dye hair and that I was incompetent for wanting a look that wasn’t achievable, she said I have “wearable” hair that should be appreciated. Since I’m not a professional I shouldn’t be making an complaint on how her master piece turned out. However, me wanting red and receiving orange is NOT okay in anyway, and asking for a two inch trim should mean 2 inches not 10. After the altercation she decided to slam her door on me. Deanna is very unprofessional, very immature, and highly under qualified. She shouldn’t be a hair stylist! Please save your money, go to anyone else BUT her. I had to go to Sally’s to fix this train wreak! $150 for unwearable hair that was chopped. Horrible experience! If I could give her negative stars I would, that 1 star is WAY to generous for the waste of five hours that I spent.

  I had an appointment for 4:40 pm, but I was running a few minutes late because of traffic. As soon as I left my work at 4:00 pm, I let her know that I would be a few minutes late. I reached there at 4:48 pm, and she told me that she would do my eyebrow shaping and tint after she finished her current client and asked me to wait. I waited for almost 45 minutes, and then she came back to me and told me she would need to cancel the appointment, and I would need to pay the full price for the appointment. I would have been okay if she had cancelled the appointment as soon as I got there, but she asked me to wait for almost 45 minutes and asked me to pay the full price, which is very inhuman. This is very very bad customer service and very poor communication. I will not recommend this place at all!!
