  This was going to be my third trip to nail salon, but I left because it’s clear that they don’t honor appointments. I made an appointment for 5:30 pm with Daniel. As I walked in the salon, I noticed that he was with a client. I was a few minutes early so I waited. However, he was just starting the set for the client. At 5:45, I asked if someone else was available to do my nails. They had a man come from the back pedicure area, smelling of cigarette smoke, who did not know how to do the service that I was requesting. He told the other techs that I needed something different and I remained sitting for a few more minutes. Eventually, I left the salon around 5:55 because my time was being wasted. Overall, I will not spend money with a business that don’t value the experience of every customer.

  Mia did sooo amazing! She took care of me. Helped me pick out my color for my French pedicure! I will be returning to her for future appointments! She was so sweet & she did an amazing service.
