I went to Sephora inside the store and was met by the laziest excuse of a "manager" named Ashley. I had so many questions that could not be answered and I had to wait for another associate who was very obviously busy to help me. I am a man and I don't know anything about makeup but I think I could do a better job than her. She also just sat there and did not even ring me out when I was ready just sat on her phone and the same girl who was juggling other customers and moving some products was the one who had to assist me. Ridiculous.
- AAAmanda AlvarengaDec 16, 20231.0There are very few items at this location and the shelves are pretty much always empty and the staff is horrible there is one particular caucasian older woman that works there and her customer service is awful I was at the counter waiting to check out she seen me standing there and she continued to look at her phone and continued to look at wherever she was looking at until she was ready to ring me out in the past I worked retail and I was an assistant manager and I would never have a customer waiting for me to be on my phone Come On Kohls you just opened this Sephora and your staff is horrible you need to train your employees to be more professional when it comes to customer service. And also have your shelves stocked so us customers can have a pleasant experience shopping at your store so we’re not having to depend on staff that’s lazy and on there cellphones when we need assistance
