- NRNikko RealboyMay 9, 20251.0Last night 4/25/25 I went into Kohls to pick up my Sephora order. My husband saw some shoes he wanted. When we went to check out there was a really long line & only 1 cashier. There was 2 more cashiers at customer service but they too had a line. So I popped over to the Sephora & asked one of the girls to check me out. She said she couldn't cause I had a kohls item & wasn't buying from Sephora. I mean technically I did I just pick up a Sephora order. Any how I told her she could I know that she could other Sephora in Kohls have checked me out before. She looked over at the other girl (who may have been the one in charge) & said she wants to check out. The girl by the name Thara came over & stated (with attitude) again that they can't check out Kohls items if customers aren't buying from Sephora. I again said that I know that she could. She said they weren't allowed if they had line they wouldn't check me out. I get that part. I wouldn't have have gone in there had they too had a line. There was not 1 customer in there except 1 girl who wasn't buying anything. She was just up there chit chatting with the 2 Sephora girls. I asked her again it was 1 item, she then rolled her eyes at me looked over at the other girl & said to her "Ugh, I'm going to break I don't even care". What kind customer service is this?? This girl should find another job if she can't deal with a customer properly. Mind you NO one was in the store!!
