She was patient with my very rambunctious 4 year old (just having one of those days...) she was considerate of my skin care goals and recommended 2 products. She did not make me feel any pressure to buy, and was understanding when I was like 😬 at the price. I will be going to her exclusively in the future. Both her and her male coworker were considerate to me when I initially came in confused and embarrassed by how the kohls employee treated me when I needed to make a Sephora return. Thank you for being kind!

Absolutely inappropriate behavior and treatment, will not be going back here again if I could put a lower rating I would.
- MBMaddie BooMay 26, 20225.0This was almost a one star review, I came into Sephora today to be ignored by two associates the one behind the counter was on her phone and when I said hi she ignored me and let out a sigh she was sitting in a chair, I then seen a lady in the front of the store putting away items I asked her if she was the manager of the store I then proceeded to tell her this is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to I explained to her nobody talked to me or acknowledged me or made eye contact, I then was upset and not wanting to come back but she insisted to correct it gave my daughter and I great costumer service helped us find what we were looking for and threw in some sample goodies for us we will definitely be returning thank you Corey for taking the time to change our experience and caring about your customers.
