Cannot speak more highly of the staff at Woodhouse! Everyone's kindness, generosity and hard work made this morning such a positive experience.
Robert has a gift for what he does--he addressed my problem areas diligently, mixing in dynamic stretches with deep pressure while checking in with me throughout. I knew I was in the best hands!
Truly the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. My body stores stress in my upper back, and I've had neck tightness and pain for the last several months, hence why I booked. I could feel an immediate difference after he worked on those areas, and it has been such an emotional and physical relief.
Eager to be back soon!

I had a full body massage and had a foot scrub. The massage was very relaxing and Nadia was so professional and perceptive in recognizing where I needed the most massage! She was also polite, empathetic, and so very skilled in relieving stress!
Woodhouse provides an exceptionally relaxing experience in atmosphere. Their well thought out facility made it the easy choice for my next massage!

I really do not get the hype about this place. I’ve heard from so many moms talk about how great it is so I was SO excited when I got my gift certificate for Mother’s Day from my husband. I’m 4 months postpartum and breastfeeding so this was my first real break from both my kids in an effort to take care of “me” for a change, and I was SO looking forward to it.
Due to scheduling conflicts and limited availability on their end, I was able to finally get in today and I really did not have a good experience. Walking in, no one greeted me and I stood at the desk for quite some time before the girl behind the desk decided to look up and ask me what I was there for (in a rude tone). I was scheduled for a 2 hour $300 service. I was shown my locker with my robe and sandals inside. I very quickly changed and stepped outside to go to the “quiet room” to get a drink to hydrate before my 2 hour appointment and was stopped in the hallway to go to my room. Prompt-I appreciate not being late, but I got there early to be able to relax, so this defeated the purpose. I get to the room and am told 3 treatments would be done (even though the booking clearly says 7-step). The lymphatic dry brushing was a joke and did not feel good. The foot “cleansing” was the most limp handed, non therapeutic thing that’s ever happened to my feet-honestly it grossed me out because it was just pointless. Everything was cold and then he actually burned my feet with the towels at the end (I have marks still on my feet). Then the massage comes. The massage therapist never even TOUCHED my hips or lower back. And he barely touched my neck. It was one of the worst excuses for a massage I’ve ever had. The oil he used was cold and he didn’t work anything out. It was Swedish massage and he confirmed with me prior that I requested medium/moderate pressure, so I was not expecting deep tissue by any means but I wanted a therapeutic massage. I kept waiting for it to be better and it just kept getting worse. I’ve had far better massages at walk-in massage places that are dirt cheap. Then I finally get out and am looking forward to my quiet time in the quiet room (finally) because maybe this might be the only enjoyable experience here-wrong. The drinks and snacks I was promised was cheap Belvita prepackaged crackers and water that tasted like nasty city tap water that had been sitting out all day. Then I get to the front and the girl basically pushes me to tip above the $300. It was baffling considering my experience. I refused and she rolled her eyes. I was so disappointed in my entire experience here. In my opinion, this place is one of those that you pay for the environment, but the quality of service is very low.
Save your money and do not go here. I wish we’d never spent a penny here-there’s so many things that would actually be relaxing and good for me that I could do for $300. I will never be coming back.
