  I truly wish more employees were like Liz . From the moment she started helping me, it didn't feel like a typical shopping trip, it felt like a friend was there guiding me through it. I came in wearing the wrong shade and was a little self-conscious about it, but Liz never made me feel judged for a second. She was warm, patient, and so determined to find my perfect shade, and she made the whole thing feel easy and personal instead of transactional. I genuinely enjoyed my time in the store because of her, and I'll be coming back specifically because of the customer service she gave me. People like Liz are the reason customers stay loyal. Please recognize her, she truly made my day.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. The employee knew exactly what item I was looking for, and immediately assisted me by handing me the correct item. Check out was friendly and speedy. Good experience here.

  I’m 22 and now beginning to want to wear foundation for important events- finding the right shade and formula seemed so daunting until I was approached by Alicia. I cannot thank her ENOUGH for the advice and help, she made sure I understood everything and I learned so much from her!! I’ve worked in customer service for years and know a diligent, thoughtful employee when I see one, thank you x A MILLION Alicia for being so thoughtful and kind. Patrick TA 8Golden is literally liquid GOLD and I never would have found my perfect match without her help. Then on top of everything else, she gave me a couple samples to try for my skin type and 2 weeks later all three products are in my shopping cart. I have a feeling I met Aphrodite in disguise.
