He made a simple, reasonable request to have his hair trimmed shorter on the sides and was met with attitude and dismissal. This is beyond disappointing, especially since this is now the third time I’ve experienced the same horrible service at this location. It’s clearly not an isolated incident but a pattern of disrespect and unprofessionalism.

His face is full of hair, i asked can you help me blow this hair, she gave a tissue and asked to do it yourself, i tried for a min, and shown it to her she put blower and says go home and take shower. What?? Hair all over face neck of kid and her answer amazed me. At counter offering candy to kids doesnt help, not going to this location again

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
