First of all it was not busy they had atleast 6 employees and not one was with a customer or offered to help. I asked recommendations and she just pointed and didn’t offer to help. I went in with the intention of getting matched but I felt very unwelcome and in the way. Again they were not busy. Also the girls near the register were just talking and catching up. I rather go to the one in the Mall. Also the testing products need to be changed they look dirty. This location is so close to me but just disappoints. No one was rude but they’re definitely just riding the clock. If there was a manager there they were also just gossiping instead of managing the store.

I tried to see some cosmetics that I wanted to buy, but simply for bringing a comfortable weekend outfit, I received poor treatment and I felt chased throughout the store as if my intention had been to steal something. I'm going to report this to corporate, because nowhere should discrimination based on how you look be allowed.
