We had such a wonderful experience at Rowan La Plaza Mall! My niece is only 2 years old, and nurse Angela was so gentle, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to show her everything and even let her touch and look at the different things so she could become familiar with what everything was and understand what might hurt and what wouldn’t. 🥹💗 They also gave us really helpful information about the aftercare. We were so happy to see that she had no swelling or redness afterward, which was perfect! They made what could have been a scary experience so much easier for her. We truly appreciate how caring and professional they were. Highly recommend! 💕✨

Nurse Leslie and Nurse Erika were so great with my 4 year old! She had been asking for "holes in her ears" almost everyday for about a week and we decided that meant she was serious. She was nervous but the nurses were sweet and did both her ears simultaneously to ease the discomfort. They gave us great advice for aftercare and let us know we could return if there were any issues with the piercings. Great service!
