  Loved my experience at Rowan! They quickly helped my 8 year old get her ears pierced. The staff was friendly and gave me so much information about after care. Shout to Leslie for the amazing service!

  Isela, our nurse piercer, was so patient and a wonderful educator to our little one. She did an excellent job piercing her ears and walked her thru every step! It made us feel much more comfortable that she was a licensed medical professional.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! The store is clean and aesthetic is lovely. The crew are so patient,understanding and so sweet and supportive.Erica did amazing piercing my ear. 100/10

  I’m sorry but I could this place zero stars if I could. My husband said he liked an earring for daughter who just turned 3 months I declined and said I wanted the silver. Nurse did not confirm if my baby had her vaccines (which I didn’t know they needed to ask I believe the manager corrected her) then she is about to put us in the room and for some reason we need to make an appointment. As soon as we go in she started marking where the earring would go ( I marked it myself because they were not where they were supposed to be) then after we went over the care of the piercing she did not once confirm the earring at all which was supposed to be the silver! She pierced my daughters ear as soon as she did that i noticed it was pink I clearly told her that was not the right earring she immediately left to get another nurse in to tell me they wouldn’t be able to change it because it’s a fresh piercing so I had to agree to get the pink what was I going to do leave her with one earring? After this we get to paying for the earring which was supposed to be $115 with the after care. Total ended up being $140 on top of that no discount for there inconvenience!!!! The nurse that charged told me it was possible I could get free earrings in 21 days but it would be up to the manger which I find freaking ridiculous! So basically a maybe I will get the earrings I actually wanted! She then said “ did nurse confirm you the earrings “ I clearly said no. I even asked my husband and he said no as well because she didn’t! This was supposed to be a happy moment with my baby getting her ears pierced for the first time and it was clearly the worse! Now we’re stuck with earrings we didn’t want! On top of that my baby’s earrings are in word and not placed correctly. The nurse said she was “ scared “ to fix them. Another nurse had to push it in (couldn’t fix it) and I had to tell her to leave it like that because my baby was crying of how much it hurt her! Please if you do go here please make sure your nurse that you get is on top of everything! I don’t mean to be mean but this was very unfortunate and they should be more cautious about things like this!

  Leslie did an amazing job with my nose piercing! She was super professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly and made the process quick and easy. I absolutely love how it turned out highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting a piercing!
