  I am a novice when it comes to make up. My niece came along with me. Kiara attended to us and superb does not describe her enough. She was patient, very patient. Gave her honest and professional opinion and helped me choose the make up most suitable for me. I am very grateful x

  Me and my sister had the worst experience at this Sephora today. Their employee, Sidney (I think that’s her name), is the rudest person working in the customer service industry. She had a very bad attitude right from the start. She made us feel like somehow it was our fault that she works at Sephora.Am never coming back to this sephora

  Sidney the manager at this location was extremely rude to me and shoved my bag of items in my face. She was very rude and I will never go back to this location. Sidney was very passive aggressive and I spent over $90 and do not expect this type of treatment from Sephora. If I am going to be treated like this I will go to Ulta. Unacceptable behavior from the manager Sidney at Mansfield, TX location.

  I’d watch out for the bad attitudes you get when you are buying products. Went to check out and a young lady Sidney decided to shows me with attitude that I was inconvenient to her. I ended up leaving the item I was in the middle of checking out due to her being extremely rude to me. I mean I get it you hate your job you are willing to lose customers to the business you work for and represent. You showed no integrity in your customer service.
