- AHAngela HumphreyMay 10, 20261.0Awful. They messed my sons hair up horribly. So much so I now have to take him somewhere else to have it fixed and may have to cut it all off. I complained right after they cut it and the man that did it tried to fix it. It looked a little better but still not good. My son said at one point he was actually scared because the person cutting is hair was visibly shaking while using scissors and clippers. He was so upset after his haircut and embarrassed he begged me not to ever take him back.

My previous two experiences were good but this time the lady giving the cut to my son was very rough. She was working on him as if she was in a rush. The hair cut was not done properly and now I will have to go to another salon to conplete the haircut. I will not be returning.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
