  I am a retired stylist. FOY salon is the best I've found in a long while. Educated stylist that stay up to date with the current treads. Product knowledge is impressive! Not only will you get and excellent cut, but you will know what products are needed to achieve it at home.

  It was the worst massage I’ve ever received! The bed was cold and the sheets were loose, she was very inconsistent! Used hot rocks on my left arm but not my right. The covering over my eyes was like a dry towel instead of a weighted eye covering. Dropped the rocks a couple times. No hot towel was left to wipe off excess oil! I think she was new but she definitely to work on family to get feed back.

  FANTASTIC EXCELLENT HAIRSTYLISTS!!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and goes above and beyond to make you look gorgeous! Just had to respond to "Family Account" reviewer who goes all over Longview giving EVERY business a 1 star review.... His review says a lot more about the type of person he is than it does about the salon. You weren't there—your wife and son were—yet you're publicly attacking a stylist's competence and trying to rally people with dramatic "before and after" photos. Hair grows back. Calling someone's career into question & attacking a stylist’s competence and trying to shame their livelihood because of one haircut is an incredible overreaction. And then there's the "he looks like a butch" comment. Using "butch" as an insult isn't just immature; it's disrespectful to an entire group of people. If your son didn't like the cut, that's understandable. But dragging gender expression into it is completely unnecessary & mean spirited. Nobody is saying the haircut matched the reference perfectly, but your review reads less like constructive feedback and more like an angry rant looking for validation. There's no way for anyone reading this to know whether those 'after' photos are unedited, recent, or even from immediately after the appointment. If there was a mistake, a calm conversation with the salon would have been far more productive than trying to publicly shame the stylist. Frankly, if I owned this salon, after reading this review I'd think twice about inviting you back at all. The owner showed far more grace than your review deserved by offering to correct the situation despite the hostility and personal attacks. Based on the way this review is written, I'm sure no solution will satisfy you. For the record, I have no stake in this business, I'm simply another reader who has had phenomenal results and felt compelled to push back against this kind of hateful, over-the-top review. Constructive criticism is one thing. Publicly attacking a small business while throwing around derogatory comments is something else entirely.

  I just wanted to say that the service was outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience easy. She took great care of me, I highly recommend her definitely use their services again. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
